The Iceberg is one of the more unique panel projects Valley has ever been a part of. Because of its faceted design no two components are the same or located square or plumb to anything else on the building. Though complicated, the project proved to be a success winning MCA Chairman’s Award and 2021 AIA Dayton Focus on Design Award.
